About me
Hi, it's me!
Hi, my name is Nadia and I am so happy you are here!
My shop came to life through the need to be more in touch with my creative side. After studying and working in the legal field for a while, I felt like I was losing that child-like need to craft and create. One day, I spontaneously decided to try out a ceramic class, where I completely fell in love with the art of creating with the earthy material of clay. The peace and joy found in this creative process was so captivating that I never stopped.
I love painting, crafting, all my grandma hobbies and I love ceramics. My pieces are bold, expressive and colourful. I want my pieces to be playful and almost imperfect. You will always find a pop colour in my shop, cause life is too short for neutrals. All my pieces are handmade with love and patience in a small corner of my apartment in Switzerland.
This journey started as an outlet for me but I soon felt the need to share this with others. One fun fact about me is that I am truly obsessed with Italy. So when I opened my shop, I had to add an Italian touch to its name: Gioia. This is what ceramics is to me: pure joy to create, be still and be present.
I hope I can bring you the same joy or gioia through my pieces!

Some of my pieces, especially the wall vases can be customized and personalised based on your requests. Please allow for a waiting time of 3–4 weeks for any personalised item to be shipped.

Delivery & Shipping
Gioia Ceramics offers worldwide shipping. All deliveries are made by the Swiss Post using a tracking delivery. Immediately after sending your package, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the status of the order in progress.
All ready to order items are shipped within 2–4 days. Pre-orders or personalised items are shipped within 3–4 weeks.
Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products ordered and the place of delivery.
Within Europe delivery usually takes up to 3–5 days. International orders usually take up to 12 days.
Gioia Ceramics is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international shipments, nor responsible for delays associated with the import process.
Returns
Gioia Ceramics does not accept any returns. In case of issues with your order, please send an email to gioiaceramics@gmail.com to find alternative solutions.
