Some of my pieces, especially the wall vases can be customized and personalised based on your requests. Please allow for a waiting time of 3–4 weeks for any personalised item to be shipped.

Delivery & Shipping

Gioia Ceramics offers worldwide shipping. All deliveries are made by the Swiss Post using a tracking delivery. Immediately after sending your package, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the status of the order in progress.

All ready to order items are shipped within 2–3 days. Pre-orders or personalised items are shipped within 3–4 weeks.

Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products ordered and the place of delivery.

Within Europe delivery usually takes up to 3–5. International orders usually take up to 12 days.

Gioia Ceramics is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international shipments, nor responsible for delays associated with the import process.

Returns

Gioia Ceramics does not accept any returns. In case of issues with your order, please send an email to gioiaceramics@gmail.com to find alternative solutions.
