Hi, my name is Nadia and I am so happy you are here!

My shop came to life through the need to be more in touch with my creative side. After studying and working in the legal field for a while, I felt like I was losing that child-like need to craft and create. One day, I spontaneously decided to try out a ceramic class, where I completely fell in love with the art of creating with the earthy material of clay. The peace and joy found in this creative process was so captivating that I never stopped.

I love painting, crafting, all my grandma hobbies and I love ceramics. My pieces are bold, expressive and colourful. I want my pieces to be playful and almost imperfect. You will always find a pop colour in my shop, cause life is too short for neutrals. All my pieces are handmade with love and patience in a small corner of my apartment in Switzerland.

This journey started as an outlet for me but I soon felt the need to share this with others. One fun fact about me is that I am truly obsessed with Italy. So when I opened my shop, I had to add an Italian touch to its name: Gioia. This is what ceramics is to me: pure joy to create, be still and be present.
